The Red Hot & Blue 7s second chance contest will select five (5) finalists to participate in a $270,000 Grand Prize drawing conducted September 2, 2011. To enter, participants are required to submit one (1) non-winning Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game ticket online at the Michigan Lottery Player’s Club™ website between June 13 - August 12, 2011. For every qualifying one (1) ticket entry submitted a participant will automatically earn one (1) entry into the drawing pool and five (5) Reward Points that can be utilized separately for redemptions in the Michigan Lottery Player’s Club™ Rewards catalog. There is no cash value for Reward Points.
GENERAL RULES
1. To be eligible to enter the Red Hot & Blue 7s second chance contest, participants must register as a member of the Michigan Lottery Player’s Club™ with their legal name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, a valid e-mail address and a valid contact telephone number.
2. Only non-winning tickets from instant game #439 – Red Hot & Blue 7s are eligible for entry into this contest.
3. All entrants must be at least 18 years old.
HOW TO ENTER
1. To submit an entry into a drawing, participants must enter the 3-digit game number and 8-digit validation code from one (1) non-winning Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game ticket (game #439). The validation code is formatted VVV-VVVVV and is found underneath the scratch-off material covering each Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game ticket.
2. The validation code from any non-winning Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game ticket may only be entered one (1) time.
3. Each valid entry earns a participant one (1) entry into the finalist drawing. 4. Because instant win cash prizes may still be available, Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game tickets may continue to be sold after the entry deadline of August 12, 2011.
5. Non-winning Red Hot & Blue 7s instant game tickets sold after the entry deadline of August 12, 2011 will not be eligible for this promotion.
